At the Seattle Storm Team Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure all items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached; please note that customized jerseys and final sale items cannot be returned.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Package and Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely pack your items, including the original packing slip inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange has been processed.
